DELIVERY

Information valid only for orders delivered to mainland France. For all other destinations, visit https://int.li-vy.com. Delivery times given are for guidance only. During promotional periods, private sales, or sales, delivery times may be extended. You will be informed when selecting your delivery method.

Thanks to our partner Colissimo (La Poste), we deliver to the address of your choice. To receive your package, the delivery person will ask you for a QR code or a numeric code to confirm that you are the recipient.

You will be automatically notified by email the day before your package is due to be delivered. If you are not present on the day of the first delivery and if your mailbox is too small to drop off the package, a delivery notice will be left for you, allowing you to choose the day and location for re-delivery. Simply go to the dedicated website indicated on the notice, choose a new home delivery date or indicate the new La Poste collection point where you would like to collect your package.

If you don't receive instructions, a second delivery will be made the next day. If you're not there, your package will be left at your usual post office for 15 days. You'll then receive a text message or email. Tip: Have it delivered to your workplace; there'll always be someone there to receive your package!

Pick up your package for free in our LIVY stores in France (excluding department store corners and La Vallée Village outlets).

It's up to you to choose the store closest to you! As soon as your package is available in your store, you'll be notified by email or text message, and you then have 14 days to collect your package.

Have your parcels delivered through our partner Chrono Pick up and take advantage of extended opening hours to collect them.
As soon as your package is available at your collection point, you will be notified by email or SMS, and you then have 10 days to collect your package.

Whatever your delivery method and if you have created a LIVY account, you can track the status of your order in your "order tracking" area.

You will know at any time:

- The progress of the preparation of your order
- The shipping date (you will be notified by email)
- Delivery of your package to the address you have chosen using a tracking number that will be provided.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Several delivery options are available to the customer:

1. Standard Delivery (Colissimo)

Delivery time: 2 working days from dispatch (Monday to Saturday).

Fees: €7

Free for purchases over €300.

2. Express Delivery (Chronopost)

Delivery time: the day after dispatch for orders placed before 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday).

Fees: €12

3. Delivery to a Relay Point (Chrono Pick Up)

Delivery time: 2 working days from dispatch (depending on the opening days of the chosen relay point).

Fees: €4

Free for purchases over €300.

4. Collection from LIVY Boutique

Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days from order

Fees: Free

Some products are available for pre-order. This means they are not yet in stock, but you can reserve them now.

The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page.

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped in two parts: available items first, then the pre-order once it arrives. You will receive an email for each shipment.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
