We sometimes hesitate to share our credit card number online. With LIVY, do so with complete confidence! LIVY works with ADYEN, which uses the SSL security standard. Your confidential data (card number, expiration date) is transmitted after encryption directly to the ADYEN server and is never transmitted to our server. The ADYEN server is itself connected to the servers of the banks in each country concerned.
When you pay with your credit card, the amount of your purchases is only taken when your order is shipped. If an item is missing, it will be automatically deducted from your payment (if you pay via PayPal, we will refund the amount of the missing item).
You can pay for your purchases with the bank card of your choice: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express as well as all cards available in the countries covered by the zone.

You've received a LIVY gift card! With it, you can pay for your purchases. If your card doesn't have enough credit, you can top up your purchase with your regular bank card.
In the event of a refund (following a return, for example), we will directly credit your bank account with the amount of the returned items. To do this, we use the services of ADYEN, our secure payment partner. Depending on the bank, it may take 2 to 4 days for the refund to appear on your account. You will then receive a refund confirmation email. In the event of partial or total payment by gift card, the refund of the amount concerned will be made by Digital Gift Card. This will be sent by email to the address provided on the LIVY order.
