CARE INSTRUCTIONS
CARING FOR LACE AND EMBROIDERY PIECES
Specific care instructions are available on the product label or product sheet. If in doubt, we encourage you to always consult these instructions.
WASHING
Our lace and embroidery are delicate. We recommend hand washing in cold water. Let your lingerie soak to avoid damaging the fabric fibers.
If there is a stain, it is not recommended to dry clean your lingerie, as this could weaken the lace or embroidery.
Machine washing is possible if the care label indicates it. However, certain conditions must be observed:
- a mild detergent
- a delicate program at 400 rpm
- bra clasp attached
- washing bag
DRYING
Dry your garment without twisting it. We recommend carefully wrapping your item in a towel and gently squeezing it to remove excess water before drying.
Under no circumstances should you put your pieces in a tumble dryer.
CARING FOR SILK PIECES
Specific care instructions are available on the product label or product sheet. If in doubt, we encourage you to always consult these instructions.
WASHING
Silk becomes fragile when wet, so we recommend hand washing in cold water. Be careful not to soak your garment for too long—3 to 5 minutes is enough.
Machine washing is possible if the care label indicates it. There are a few things to consider: use the "hand wash in cold water" program and wash your garment with other items to prevent damage from the machine drum. If your machine doesn't have such a program, don't risk damaging it and opt for hand washing.
DRYING
Dry your garment without twisting it. We recommend carefully wrapping your item in a towel and gently squeezing it to remove excess water before drying.
Then hang your item on a hanger in the open air and without direct exposure to sunlight, this could damage the silk fiber and cause it to lose its colors.
IRONING
Iron your garment inside out while it's still damp. If it's already dry, you can use a damp cloth between your iron and the garment. Make sure your iron is set to a low temperature and do not use steam.
KNITWEAR CARE
Specific care instructions are available on the product label or product sheet. If in doubt, we encourage you to always consult these instructions.
WASHING
Hand washing is recommended for the care of our knitwear. It should be done in cold or lukewarm water (20° max). You can use a special wool detergent, preferably liquid. The garment should be washed gently and without pulling the knit to avoid deforming it. Do not leave your sweater soaking for more than a few minutes to avoid felting. Rinse gently, never twisting your sweater (which could deform it).
Machine washing is possible if the care label indicates it. First of all, you must ensure that certain conditions are met: check that your machine has an effective cold wool cycle, with a very gentle spin, before washing your sweater. We recommend using a washing bag for all machine washes.
DRYING
We recommend drying flat, on a towel and on a surface. Avoid pulling the mesh, even slightly, and keep in mind that the shape given before drying will remain the same once dry.
IRONING
Ironing is not necessary if the washing and drying process has been carried out correctly. If you still want to iron your sweater, take all necessary precautions:
- Very gentle ironing on the reverse side
- Do not press or crush the mesh
- Use a damp cloth
CARING FOR SWIMWEAR PIECES
Specific care instructions are available on the product label or product sheet. If in doubt, we encourage you to always consult these instructions.
WASHING
Before wearing your swimsuit for the first time, we recommend soaking it in cold water for about an hour, possibly with a spoonful of white vinegar. This will prevent any risk of color bleeding.
After each use, we recommend rinsing your swimsuit to avoid traces of sunscreen, salt or chlorine.
Hand washing is recommended for the care of our swimsuits. This is done with cold or lukewarm soapy water (20° max). The swimsuit should be washed gently and without twisting it to avoid deforming it.
Machine washing is possible if the care label indicates it. First of all, you must ensure that certain conditions are met: wash at 30°C with a gentle spin cycle. Swimsuit fabric is fragile, and machine washing should be done sparingly to avoid loss of elasticity.
Ban all dry cleaning.
DRYING
Vigorous spinning stretches and breaks fabric fibers. We recommend drying away from heat and UV rays. Avoid clothespins and avoid the dryer.
TIPS FOR REMOVING SUNSCREEN STAINS
Often greasy, sunscreens can leave marks that are difficult to remove.
The sooner you act, the more effective the results will be. Apply a few drops of liquid detergent to the sunscreen stain. Then, spread the product over the fabric with your fingers to work it into the fibers. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Then, gently rub the fabric under running water. Finally, let it dry.
You can also use white vinegar. Start by soaking a clean cloth in this product, then dab the area to be treated. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse.
One last tip for removing a sunscreen stain: ammonia. After carefully reading the product's instructions, dab the surface of the fabric to be treated with a damp cloth and a few drops of ammonia. Once the stain is thoroughly absorbed, let it sit for about ten minutes, rinse, and then wash the fabric by hand or in the washing machine.
STORING YOUR JEWELRY
When you are not wearing your jewelry, protect it from contact with air, humidity and other metals by storing it in its original pouch.
It is best to dry your jewelry after immersing yourself in fresh water, and avoid prolonged contact with sea or pool water, perfume, household products, or perspiration.
