Return & Refund

You have the right to change your mind! From the date of the reception of your order, you have 21 calendar days to return your item free of charge.
Only items returned in perfect condition with original elements (product label, strap, removable foam, fasteners and buttons) and unworn will be accepted.

You can return your items by mail; it's very simple; it only takes a few clicks. Return shipping costs are covered by LIVY.

To do this, we invite you to go to the RETURN MY ITEMS link, indicate the items you wish to return and the reason.
For Belgian orders, please use the following link: RETURN MY ITEMS .

Print the return slip and insert it into your package. Also print the prepaid return label and affix it to your package. Feel free to return your items in the original packaging; an adhesive strip is provided for this purpose to reseal the package.

Drop off your package at the post office of your choice. Be sure to keep the tracking number so you can follow its delivery to our premises.

With this return method by post, only reimbursement is possible (no exchange).

You have the option to return or exchange items ordered on the website www.li-vy.com in LIVY stores in mainland France (excluding department store corners).
In the case of an exchange (size, color, or model), you will need to make a new purchase.

The items must be accompanied by your invoice which you will find:

- In the My Account section or in your shipping confirmation email, if you placed your order while logged into your LIVY account
- On your shipping confirmation email, if you placed your order as a guest (without creating an account)

Only items from the current collection can be returned to stores; older collections (sold during sales or clearance sales) must be returned by post only.

We will directly credit your bank account with the amount of the returned items. We will directly credit your bank account with the amount of the returned items within 10 to 15 days of receiving your return package. To do this, we use the services of ADYEN, our secure payment partner. Depending on the bank, it may take 2 to 4 days for the credit to appear on your account. You will then receive a refund confirmation email.

In the event of partial or total payment by gift card, the refund of the amount concerned will be made in a Digital Gift Card. This will be sent by email to the address provided on the LIVY order.

In the case of a PayPal payment, the reimbursement period is that specified in your contract.
